Terms of Use for Minecraft Skin Rendering API

Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Minecraft Skin Rendering API provided by Vi Software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the API.
Service Description The Minecraft Skin Rendering API allows users to obtain and render Minecraft skins from Vi Software’s authentication servers. Access to this API is subject to the terms and conditions described here or in Vi Software's Terms of Service.
Permitted Use
Access and Use: You may use the API only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of use.
Requests: You agree not to make more requests to the API than permitted under Vi Software’s fair use policies.
Content Modification: You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the API without prior authorization.
Usage Restrictions
Abuse Prohibition: You are prohibited from using the API in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party’s use of the API. This includes, but is not limited to:
Making an excessive number of requests to the API in a short period of time (flooding).
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the API, its underlying systems, or other user accounts.
Using the API for any malicious, illegal, or unauthorized purposes, such as distributing malware or phishing.
Reverse Engineering Prohibition: You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the API.
Commercial Use: You may not use the API for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Vi Software.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual Property: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the API, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Vi Software.
License: Vi Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the API in accordance with these terms.
Privacy and Security
Personal Data: The use of the API may involve the transmission of personal data. You agree that Vi Software may process such data in accordance with its privacy policy.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of API keys and any other information related to the security of your account.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: The API is provided "as is" and "as available". Vi Software makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the API.
Damages: Vi Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the API; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Modifications to Terms Vi Software reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Vi Software’s website or through the API. Your continued use of the API following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
Termination Vi Software may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the API at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.
Governing Law These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Vi Software is headquartered, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
